Gather ’round the table with Luke Stephenson, Director of Fine Wine, on the Sonoma Gewurztraminer that seamlessly compliments Thanksgiving’s warm autumn flavors.
Gundlach Bundschu’s Gewurztraminer is completely dry with no residual sugar, but with a hint of sweetness on the nose. Jacob Gundlach brought over this grape from his homeland and it has been growing on Rhinefarm ever since. Although plenty of wineries in Alsace make their Gewürztraminers a little sweet, Gundlach Bundschu vinifies theirs completely dry, with bright acidity.
